How to create an account?
To create your account, click on the 'Login' button on the top right-hand corner of the home page. Here you will find a link to create your personal account. Enter the information required to register.
Did you forget your password?
Go to the login page. Click on "Forgot password" next to the password input and enter the email address you had used to register. An email will be sent to this address and you will just need to follow the instructions in order to reset your password.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make an order without registering beforehand. To register, you will need to create an account. It just takes 5 minutes!
Are the articles offered by Liucija authentic?
Liucija's experts are highly trained to verify the authenticity and the conditions of the items we resell. Stamping, symmetry, stitching, authenticity stamps, material and much more are meticulously analysed for every product before it goes online. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring the authenticity of our products and we undertake to reimburse the entire sum of money paid by the customer (including original and return shipping costs) if the product is found to be non authentic.
In what condition are the articles offered by Liucija?
The condition of our items are classified considering a specific grid as below:
A - Excellent: no hole, stain, rubbing or any kind of wear (identifiable) marks.
AB - Very Good: no hole, stain, rubbing or wear marks that are clearly visible .
B - Good: slightly visible stains, rubbing, or wear marks but overall in a good condition.
Which payment platforms does Liucija accept?
Liucija accepts payments through the following modes/platforms: Visa, Paypal, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Payments.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders of our accessories! Enjoy your shopping without worrying about any additional shipping costs.
How can I return an article?
Within a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order, the customer may request Liucija to return or exchange the product(s) purchased.
First, the customer must send a request of return/exchange by email to the address hello@liucija.co.uk.
Second, if the return request is approved by Liucija, the customer can send the item.
Third, the customer has to send the returned item within a week of approval in its original packaging and condition along with the return notice to the following address:

How much time does it take to get refunded?
The returned product will be refunded within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from its receipt by Liucija. The return costs are at the customer's expense unless Liucija delivered a damaged, different or counterfeited item. Upon non-compliance of such conditions by the customer, Liucija will not proceed with the refund of the products concerned.
